Omniscaphe

Omniscaphe[ˈɒmnɪskæf/] – in russian Омниска́ф.

In Latin, the prefix Omni meaning “all” or “every” for me it’s the versatility.

Scaphe(Latin: scaphium) is an ancient antique sundial dated from the 3rd century BC.

The name implies the omni directionality and versatility of my work.

Who am I?

My name is Khoroshavin Alexey. Since 1986, I began my journey in the physical body.

Having participated in many projects, having absorbed the best practices, I went on a solo trip.

For the lived lives I learned:

• Create: logos, icons, brochures, business cards, posters, interfaces, infographics.
• Coding: sites, programs, games, automate all with scripting.
• Computer animation 2D | 3D.
• Write, compose, generate: music, sounds.
• Record, edit, voice dub: video.

Linux, Programs, Licenses

For the past 15 years, I have been using the kernel-based Linux OS as the main operating system. This is a freedom of choice that is not imposed on you. In my work, I also try to use free and open source softwares.

Depending on the project, I use programs whose licenses allow me to use them for commercial purposes, modify the source code without violating the note of the law: Godot Engine, Blender, Inkscape, Krita, Gimp, Darktable, Ardour. This list of applications can be continued for a very long time thanks to people who make a huge contribution to the creation of open source programs!

When solving various problems, I write code in the languages: Python, Go, C++, Java.

I do not work with people whose goods or services bring indirect or direct harm to living things!
